-Survey and investigation of the content of suggestion boxes, voice and electronic mail

-Provide response context and investigate about the received complaints in operation of other units of the company

-Cooperate in providing of harm determination report regarding the complaints

- cooperate with the administrative affair in order to prepare the answer for complaints of employees and retirees

- having connection with others parts about compliments and creating surveying forms in order to analyze imported compliments

- cooperating with evolution commission  and improving administrative health

- Cooperating with the Public transaction Department to prepare a survey forms and responding to receivedcomplaints
